We know it's a chore, but please take time to read our terms and conditions. By placing an order online you are stating that you have read and understood them. Here's how it works:
Payment
On placing your order for stationery we require payment for 50% of the total order value. The balance is due prior to your order going to print. We operate in accordance with the Consumer Protection Regulations 2000.
Stationery Proofs 
For personalised stationery, once we have put your wording together, we will e-mail you an electronic proof showing the wording EXACTLY as it will appear on your invitations. We ask that you e-mail back your acceptance to confirm that you are happy with it. Upon receipt of this confirmation we will commence printing.
Quality
Invitations may differ very slightly as each one is individually hand made, but rest assured they are all made to a high quality. If any materials or product lines become unavailable we will advise you as early as possible in your order process and will of course endeavour to find a suitable alternative which is acceptable to you. Please bear in mind that designs which feature small parts and embellishments that can be pulled off are not suitable for children.

All rights to the images, designs and descriptions on this website are the property of The Pink Pear based on Crown Copyright © 2008 and may not be copied or used without permission. No part of the designs may be copied in any form or by any means. It is the responsibility of the customer to obtain permission for any copyright material used – for example poetry or hymns.
Delivery 
Your order will be carefully packed and sent in secure packaging by our couriers. We will arrange for the most suitable carrier depending on the size and content of your order. If you're not home, we will of course deliver to your workplace –bear in mind the boxes can be heavy so make sure you can transport it home!
Returns and Refunds Policy
We want you to feel confident about shopping with The Pink Pear and to be totally satisfied with your purchase. If you have a problem we want to help resolve that for you. All of our products come with a 7 day no quibble guarantee, with the exception of personalised and perishable items.
To keep our customers satisfied, returns are a simple and easy process. If you have a query or a problem with your order, please notify us as soon as possible and we will advise you how to proceed. If the item is either faulty or damaged please contact us and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
If after receiving your order you are not satisfied with the product, simply email us within 7 days to request a return authorisation (RA) number and return the item for a refund, replacement or exchange less delivery charges. All Returns must have an RA number posted clearly on the outside of the return package or box. All personalised and custom designed products are non-returnable or refundable. In addition, under the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations you may cancel your order for any reason within 7 Days of ordering.
We will accept authorised returns as long as the items are unused and securely wrapped in the original packaging. We will gladly offer you either an exchange or refund (excluding any postage & merchant service fees) providing goods have been returned within 7 days of receipt and arrive back with us in perfect/saleable condition in their original packaging. Please return items to us using registered (signed for) delivery or ask for proof of postage, both available at your post office, please remember to keep any receipts. For your protection, we suggest customers use a trackable shipping company for items over the value of £39. For heavier items please call us to arrange collection.
If an order needs to be returned due to damage during transit, we need to be contacted within 3 business days of receipt of the merchandise to obtain a return authorisation so that we can immediately file a damage claim with the courier. We can offer an exchange for the correct product or a full refund.
Cancellations
Whilst we appreciate that there are some very unfortunate occasions where events can be cancelled, if orders have been personalised for you we will still have to charge for the work done up to that point. If you are able to notify us prior to any special ordering or work commencing, we may be able to refund you, in whole or in part, depending on the stage your order is at.

The Pink Pear uses PayPal to process all online orders.PayPal provide a 24 hour secure server ensuring all your payment information is encrypted and protected.
The Pink Pear operates in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. You have our guarantee that any personal data you provide us with will not be passed onto any other company.
